Alkalizing

When I first heard about alkalizing and alkaline diets, I thought I was on track with the teachings because I always ate raw fruit and raw vegetables.  Plus, I drank self-filtered water that was filtered in my home with a water filter pitcher.

I also stopped eating meat due to it was too dense to me and it made me feel bloated and nauseous when I ate it.  Additionally, eating meat was too greasy, which also upset my stomach.  

​

I additionally realized that animals have a consciousness.  And due to my empathic abilities, I felt compassion for them.  And I felt if I ate them then I am also absorbing their lowered energy from the suffering they endured being killed and processed.  

I also knew by taking this life path my awareness was expanding beyond the physical and into being a true light body; connected to all beings, animals, and plants in oneness.

Thus, eating only fruit, vegetables and drinking water, tea or water with lemons works for me, my consciousness energy and balances me.   However, we are all unique beings.  You may eat meat, eat candy, fast food, seafood, etc.  Which is fine.  We all have different paths in life.

​

I realize I am getting off topic a bit.  Thus, let us get back to the topic of alkalizing.  I explained how I eat to day to support my consciousness.  And as the alkalizing craze picked up pace in society I thought, ok, I am on the correct path in life to have a good PH.  Especially after I survived a life-threatening illness.

 

Although, as I listened to Ken D. Berry in the attached You Tube video, I learned that the alkaline craze was just false information created to sell “health water, books and other items” (In my opinion).

In Conclusion, due to alkalizing has been proven to be non-effective due to your stomach is full of hydrochloric acid (HCl), which is strong enough to eat through metal in lab conditions.  Now what does one do for a path to eat healthy?

​

Well, I said I only eat raw vegetables, fruit and drink water or tea.  This diet works for me and I feel balanced and energized.  It took me years to remove anything out of my diet that made me nauseous or gives me stomach pains.  Like fast food and dead food.  Again, we are all unique.  So, what works for me may work for you or not work for you.  

​

Heart Burn or Acid Reflux:

Why do we get Heart burn?  

​

We just learned that your stomach has hydrochloric acid (HCl).  Now we learn that your stomach acid pH is 1.5–3.5.  This helps to break down food and protein.  And your stomach also has a protective lining.

​

The problem is your Lower Esophageal Sphincter (LES).  At the top of your stomach is a muscle named the Lower Esophageal Sphincter (LES).  It opens to let food in and closes to keep the acid in the stomach.  However, if the LES relaxes at the wrong time acid can splash into your esophagus, which does not have a protective layer. Like your stomach does.  And thus, you feel a burning sensation.

​

Thus, what causes the LES to relax?

​

  • Overeating

  • Lying down right after eating

  • Spicy, fatty, or fried foods

  • Caffeine, alcohol, or carbonated drinks

  • Smoking

  • Stress

  • Tight clothing around your waist
