
Patience, Calmness, Spiritual Love, and Protecting Your Energy in Difficult Situations
In this section of my spiritual teachings, I reflect on the powerful energies of patience, calmness, loving yourself, and managing stress, especially when facing difficult people and low-vibrational environments. Through lived experience, I share what I have learned about - rising above these challenges to protect and preserve my inner light.

As discussed across my inner topics, life on Earth is a training ground. I spent over 18 years in an ego-driven, fast-paced, pressure-filled, and judgmental defense career. This was not random. Through divine intuition and guidance from ascended masters, I was shown that my soul had chosen this path to bring light into dark places with toxic coworkers, offices filled with anger and competition, and to spread light to the weapon systems I once helped design as an engineer.

I learned that I was not alone in my soul mission. Many of us are strategically placed as lightworkers or change agents sent to anchor love in the densest areas of Earth. Although we still have a long way to go toward true global oneness, every action of love contributes to the coming avalanche of collective awakening.
​
Spiritual love, the highest frequency of the soul, is what I carry into these spaces. It is not always easy. There are times when I have been attacked energetically, being emotionally drained, and left alone to carry burdens without support. And yet, I now see these as opportunities to embody patience, to practice calmness, and to return to the power of self-love.
​
Let us consider how to handle overwhelming life situations with stress, when you're thrown off your center, or when someone else's chaos becomes your burden. These moments test us. Whether it is narcissistic abuse, workplace manipulation, or an unexpected event like a car accident, the spiritual challenge remains: how do we stay in love and protect our energy?

Here is how I learned to manage this:

Acknowledge Your Reaction: It is okay to feel anger, grief, or frustration. You are human. Let yourself pass through the emotion without judgment.

Create Space: Get quiet. Retreat from the source of negativity if possible. Silence is a sacred balm.

Spiritual Tools: I used techniques I developed over years of inner healing, writing letters to those who hurt me and burning them, grounding pain into the Earth for transmutation, energy cord removal, and deep subconscious reprogramming.

Protective Shields: Call upon your spiritual guides. Visualize protective golden light around your auric field. Invite Archangel Michael or Goddess Sekhmet to help clear toxic energies.

List What You Can and Cannot Control: Identify areas where you have power and begin to clear those first. Accept what you cannot yet shift.

If you live alone, you may find healing happens faster where your environment supports your inner peace. But if you live with others who carry low energy, or you are in an unstable family dynamic, the process is slower, but not impossible. You are still growing. You are still healing.

I then applied my energy clearing work accordingly. This is not fantasy — it is lived truth. Since my major awakening in August 2016, it has taken nearly nine years to transition from spiritual crisis to becoming a Light Body. As of June 2025, I stand in the chrysalis stage between caterpillar and butterfly becoming light.
​
Spiritual love is the key to it all. Not romantic love. Not conditional love. But the divine love you remember when you return to your own heart. It is this love that gives you the patience to endure, the calmness to stay grounded, and the strength to walk away from what no longer serves.
