Dr. Emoto and Love: My Experience has been Air Writing Love on Everything
I have come to understand that everything holds vibration. Words, thoughts, and intentions can transform matter. Inspired by the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, I have developed a practice of air-writing the word “LOVE” over every glass of water, cup of tea, and plate of food. I trace the letters in the air with my fingers, infusing each meal, each sip, with light and blessing. I even write it over my body, reminding my cells, my organs, my entire being: You are loved. You are sacred. This simple ritual charges the water I drink, the food I eat, and the energy I live in with a higher frequency. It is not superstition -it is resonance. Water listens. Food receives. The body responds. When we speak to matter with love, we transform it. And when we bless ourselves, we begin to remember that we were never separate from that love to begin with.
