Effective Communication

Effective Communication: A Personal Journey:

This topic is close to my heart. Over the past 18 years, I have worked in several major defense and aerospace companies, including Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Programs (ADP), Raytheon, Northrop Grumman Space, Honeywell Aeronautics, and GE Aviation. I also completed two internships at Kimberly Clark.

I feel truly blessed to have experienced a career in these places, but it has also come with immense personal challenges. As a highly sensitive empath and intuitive being who is fully awake to my true nature as a fifth dimensional and higher conscious being.  Working in these environments has been overwhelming and misaligned with my energy. I have survived head and brain surgeries, chemotherapy through a Medi-Port, radiation therapy, a spinal tap, and a traumatic truck accident. Yet, somehow, the emotional and energetic strain of these workplaces; driven by stress, ego, and disconnection, has often been harder than all of my medical experiences.

Despite this, my spiritual journey and inner growth has flourished. I have come to understand that I am here to help raise the vibration of humanity and Earth. My mission is to be a beacon of light, guiding others to remember who they truly are.  Beings of love, compassion, gratitude, and higher consciousness.

My first internship was at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX. At the time, I was bald from radiation, bearing visible scars and dents in my skull. I was already emotionally damaged from enduring verbal abuse and physical trauma in college, yet I had to summon immense courage to simply show up out work without hiding behind a hat.

Respect was the core value of the company, yet I often received mixed messages, which were both kind and unkind comments about my appearance. I was no longer in the safe, supportive environment of Make-A-Wish; I was now in a world full of pressure, egos, and emotional disconnection.  A world full of people that had no compassion and did not love themselves.

My first task was entering parts into a complex, pre-Windows computer system. There was no training or documentation, just vague instructions, and an expectation to memorize it all. When I encountered missing steps or confusion, I sought help; but often found that others were too stressed, busy, or unwilling to assist. This forced me to become self-reliant, developing step-by-step guides with screenshots and personal notes, a method I continue using today.

By 2023, I had refined my personal notes process to use PowerPoints.  Where I typed every step, I needed to know with screen shots.  While many ridiculed me for "wasting time" taking notes, I learned that this was vital for me.  Not just because I am a visual learner, but because I manage two full-time jobs: my engineering 3D work world role and my spiritual mission role. My mind is constantly processing both.

I do not live to work. I work to fund my soul’s mission, which is to help raise consciousness and anchoring divine energy into the Earth via my website, which has been in development since 2016 when I majorly awakened. I view life from a higher perspective. The 3D career and money system is not who we truly are. We are multidimensional beings of light and love.

Each time I returned to a project, my detailed notes became invaluable—not just to me but eventually to others. Still, credit was rarely given. I learned to let go of needing validation. I realized that what matters most is that I honor my path and contribute my light.

I also created daily lists, left myself breadcrumbs; notes for the next day, reminders over holidays, and taught myself to operate from clarity and calm. This has been essential in maintaining my energy.

However, I have witnessed many breakdowns in effective communication in corporate spaces. I have seen leaders yell, belittle, and create fear-based environments. In one Teams meeting, a VP’s aggressive tone cascaded down the hierarchy, creating a chain reaction of fear and blame. The so-called "culture of accountability" became a tool of pressure rather than empowerment.

As an empath, I feel the energy of people before I even enter the building. The parking lot feels heavy. Inside, I often struggle to breathe due to the density of collective stress and disconnection. Others do not feel it the same way I do.   carry the energy of the Earth and humanity in my body.

This toxicity is where communication fails. People are trying to perform, protect themselves, climb ladders, and meet expectations while drowning in fear, judgment, and pressure. They eat low-vibration food, receive little to no training, and pass stress downward in a pyramid of anxiety.

And at the top is a VP, often trying to prove something or implement the latest buzzword initiative, which is just a rebranded version of the last one. This top-down pressure crushes the human spirit and creates a system where people survive rather than thrive.

In contrast, effective communication should begin with love, respect, and compassion. Meetings should have agendas. Conversations should be calm and collaborative. Emotions and egos should be acknowledged and consciously set aside so we can co-create in higher frequency.

Just smile and say hello to all from your heart. But people today, especially in younger generations, often respond with fear or discomfort when someone smiles or greets them with genuine warmth. There is so much fear in simply being kind. This is a reflection of the emotional and energetic wounds many carry.

Do not judge. Listen calmly. Support others in their growth, in doing their jobs, in living better lives. Do not walk away like most do. Do not throw problems over the fence and disconnect. Connect. Be present. Offer energy, not escape.

Effective communication is also about explaining deeper aspects of ourselves; like our consciousness work. It means learning how to express the intangible. How do you explain what it means to feel without thinking? To sense truth through your body and heart rather than logic or intellect?

This is the edge of effective communication in the new era.  Learning to express from the soul, from the unified field of heart intelligence. To speak not just in words, but in energy.

In conclusion, I have learned to be one with myself. My home is my temple, infused with crystals and intention. I eat clean, remain calm in traffic, and create systems to preserve my energy. I say “no” when needed. I have learned the following:

  1. I honor my high-vibrational energy rooted in love and empathy.

  2. I understand my limits and protect my peace.

  3. I no longer appease others at the expense of my well-being.

  4. I maintain balance through self-organization and spiritual practice.

  5. I decline additional work when it compromises my inner alignment.

  6. I continue building my foundation.  Quantum Meadows and this website to complete my soul mission and this is why I am on this planet.

So, what is effective communication?

To me, it is when people come together with open hearts, grounded in love and clarity. It is when we rise above stress, ego, and scarcity to work in harmony with one another. Communication, like all aspects of life, must come from a place of inner alignment. If we as a species are to evolve, we must learn to communicate from higher states of being, not rooted in fear, but in unity, gratitude, and divine love.
