Tantra is not about technique. It is about truth.  True Tantra honors the three treasures of Taoist tradition:

1. Jing:  Essence (sexual/life force energy)

2. Qi:     Energy (vital force in motion)

3. Shen: Spirit (your divine light and consciousness)

When we retain our Jing, it is transformed into Qi. When Qi is refined through the breath, stillness, movement, and love, becomes Shen. And Shen is the portal to immortality, Light Body, and cosmic consciousness.  This is why I practice semen retention. This is why I redirect energy through the Microcosmic Orbit, breathing it up the spine and into the higher centers. This is why I do not engage in casual sex.

Seven Stages of Semen Retention

These stages are my experience and observations over time:

​

1. Withdrawal: You feel the cravings, the conditioning, and the old patterns.

2. Cleansing: The body purifies. Emotions surface. The nervous system recalibrates.

3. Power Returns: You feel stronger, clearer, more focused.

4. Magnetism Builds: Your aura expands. Others sense your presence.

5. Vision Sharpens: Your intuition and inner guidance become precise.

6. Spiritual Connection Deepens: You feel more aligned with Source, your mission, your Light.

7. Immortal Energy Awakened: Jing transforms into pure spiritual light (Shen).

This is not just physical. This is spiritual alchemy.

Soul Connection through Eye Gazing

The most powerful "union" I have ever experienced was not through touch, but through eye gazing.  To look into another's eyes with openness, stillness, and presence is to say:

• "I see you."

• "I honor you."

• "I am willing to merge spirit-to-spirit, not body-to-body."

When your energy is balanced and cultivated, you attract another whose vibration matches yours. You feel their field. You do not need to speak. You remember each other across lifetimes.  This is true intimacy. This is the soul meeting the soul.  I talked about my trip to North Carolina to work with a new Tai Chi master for three days.  During those days there was a woman in the class and her and I connected.  We were only to scan each other for stuck energy, energy hooks and other blockages.  However, as we looked into each other’s eyes we saw into each other’s souls.  And we saw spirit in each other.  We were not boyfriend or girlfriend.  But it was a very divine moment and was also perfect divine timing for us to be in the same class and to be paired together.

 

Final Words

Sexual energy is divine. It is meant to be cultivated, respected, and transformed into light. Most of what we see today is a distortion meant to keep humanity asleep. But you are waking up.  You do not need to chase love or pleasure. You are the Source.  When you retain, redirect, and honor your essence, you rise into your true power. Not by rejection, but by remembering who you really are.
