Meditation and Affirmation Experiences in My Life
Sitting Meditation:
There is no right or wrong way to meditate. When I first started learning about meditation, I was told to sit cross-legged, keep my back straight, fold my hands in a prayer position, and silence my mind. I attended a group meditation in Texas where these instructions were given. Later, at Buddhist retreats in Austin, Texas, I was taught to kneel on cushions and sit upright. Bells were used to signal the start and end of meditation, and some sessions included chanting “Om” rather than complete silence. As an empath the bells were not enjoyable due to the sound did not provide peace. It proved chaos since I am sensitive to sound as an empath.
Walking Meditation:
At another Buddhist temple retreat, I experienced walking meditation, practiced outdoors in the fields behind the temple.
Guided Meditation:
I have also taken part in large group guided meditations where a leader speaks, sings, or hums, often accompanied by soft background music.
Yoga Meditation with Breathing Techniques:
I practiced yoga meditation that incorporated various breathing exercises to support physical and mental balance.
Advanced Breathing Meditation:
When I reached the “caterpillar to butterfly” stage of spiritual transformation. I experienced what I call “spiritual flu.” These were challenging moments in my evolution as a human.

To get through these flu-like symptoms, I relied on meditation and breathing techniques I had learned over the years. Some days I breathed normally; other times, I used “fire breath”, rapid, panting breaths similar to a dog’s panting. This helped relieve intense symptoms like chills, heat, nausea, or the sensation of energy rushing up my spine during kundalini awakenings.

Spiritual flus can happen anytime, even at work or while driving. When I could not simply lie down or sleep. I used breathing techniques to stay awake and functional until I could rest properly.

Sometimes I would ask Spirit to delay the ascension symptoms because it was not the right time. Sometimes Spirit listened; other times, the divine schedule prevailed, and I had to flow with it.

In conclusion:
Meditation is deeply personal. The “correct” method I was taught early on did not always work for my energy. Over time, I developed my own meditation style that aligned with my true self and spiritual needs.
Affirmations:
During my stay at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, PA, I began repeating affirmations such as:
“I AM Healthy”
“I AM OK”
“I AM Happy”
I started this practice because when my mother was battling metastatic breast cancer, my father introduced me to “bio-feedback” (which I now understand as affirmations) as a healing tool. Repeating these affirmations helped me endure painful treatments like spinal taps, chemotherapy, radiation, and Medi port needle insertions.

When my brain ventricles closed after tumor removal. Leading to severe pain and emergency surgery. I kept affirming my healing. Remarkably, by May 2019, my neurosurgeon confirmed my ventricles had fully reopened and healed, which I credit to faith, belief, and persistent affirmations.

At 13 years old, while many children were terrified, I felt a deep inner knowing to survive because I had important things to do in this life.

Spiritual Mission and Divine Timing:

Now, 35 years later, I am launching the Quantum Meadows website and foundation to help humanity and Earth consciousness clear physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers to ascend toward oneness.

I have learned that everything unfolds in divine timing. Sometimes affirmations manifest instantly; other times, Spirit requires you to complete certain lessons first before granting your desires. This taught me we live on a divine timeline that we cannot fully see but must trust.

Yes, I have manifested many desires in this lifetime; but always after completing preplanned steps to ensure a richer, more valuable human experience guided by spirit.

Finding Completion and True Closure:

People often ask how to know if something is truly complete in their lives; especially when past issues resurface unexpectedly.

I have learned that when something returns, it means you still have:

Energy cords attached to it
Limiting subconscious programming
Unforgiven emotions or unresolved feelings

To find true closure, I have gone deep inside my heart, soul, and true self. I journal intuitive guidance, accept and work through emotions, cut energetic cords, and examine my belief systems; often tracing limiting beliefs back to parents, coworkers, neighbors, or family.

This process is repeated until all old energy is cleared.

However, once you clear something self-doubt can creep in, questioning if closure is really achieved.

Transitioning to Light Body Consciousness:

I am currently in the transformative stage described by Dr. Carl Jung as the space between caterpillar and butterfly, or human and light being.
In this phase, I have:

Shed ego 100%
Experienced kundalini awakening
Made peace with this life and past lives
Released attachment to job, money, possessions, and more

I have cut the cords to all these worldly things. Through divine guidance and personal desires, I have completed everything necessary on my timeline.

In June 2025, while driving to a Kryon event, I felt overwhelming peace and a message of closure from the universe, the Galactic Federation, angels, star beings, and my stargate entourage. They told me I have graduated Earth School and that my efforts to listen to guidance and ascend have succeeded.

This place of closure is rare and profound.

What Closure Feels Like:

After 35 years following my heart, closure feels like a deep sense of peace, safety, and unconditional love. It is the freedom to fully complete my life’s mission and serve humanity and Earth in the ascension process.

Types of Affirmations:

Create your own affirmations on paper, phone, or computer. Always start with “I AM” and write them as if you already have what you desire NOW. Avoid future tense like “I want” or “I will have,” which keeps your goals distant.

Examples:

I AM Healthy.
I AM Abundant.
I AM Beautiful.
I AM Loving my trip to Hawaii.
