My Tai Chi (Qi) and Qi Gong Experiences:
My journey into the ancient practices of Tai Chi and Qi Gong began in a small city square in China. Early one morning, I was looking out of my hotel room window around 6:00 a.m., long before our tour bus was scheduled to leave. I noticed the town’s central fountain and felt a pull to go outside. I left the hotel, with my bald head from radiation covered by a hat, and walked toward the square.

There, I witnessed something extraordinary. Elders were moving gracefully around the fountain, practicing Tai Chi in the morning stillness. One man, who a kind Chinese lady told me was 92 years old, had a paddle with a tennis ball on a string and played with it each morning to maintain his energy and focus. I stood in awe.

The woman noticed my wonder and asked if I wanted to learn. I said yes, but I had to leave to return to the hotel before the bus departed. She told me to come back the next day. I agreed. When I got back to the bus, they were nearly ready to leave without me and were wondering where I had gone. But in my heart, what I had experienced at the fountain felt far more important than the tour.

The next morning, I returned. The same woman greeted me and told me that she and her husband worked for the government in the building next to the fountain. I tried some Tai Chi movements with them, but once again, I had to leave to catch the bus. That day we traveled to a new city, and I never saw the woman or the elderly man with the paddle and tennis ball again. But the memory stayed with me forever.

When I returned to Texas USA, I was inspired to find a small Chinese Tai Chi group and joined them. My teacher was Master Dew. Under his guidance, I began learning Tai Chi Chuan. Then the group disbanded, and I then found another teacher; Master Ho and his wife. With them, I started to learn the 108 Tai Chi Chuan movements and deepened my practice alongside others in the group.

Two to three years later, I was spiritually guided to move to Arizona to anchor my light. While there, I found a local Tai Chi group, but something did not feel quite aligned. Later, I traveled to North Carolina to attend a class with another Sifu, but the distance was too great to continue. After that, I continued practicing on my own at home, using the movements and energies I had learned over the years.

Then, in 2025, I found a Qi Gong master in England who was highly connected in consciousness. His wife channeled the Ascended Master Tara. I now attend monthly online meetings with them, where Tara, channeled by his wife, helps guide me in becoming a Light Body and channeling Mother Earth through my foundation, Quantum Meadows, as part of fulfilling my soul mission.

Through each experience, teacher, and practice, Tai Chi and Qi Gong have become an essential part of my spiritual path. Not just as exercises, but as sacred tools for healing, grounding, and ascension. I carry their wisdom forward with honor and humility.

I bow in gratitude to all my teachers, to the wise souls I met along the way, and to the sacred energy that still moves through every breath, every step, and every motion I now share in service to humanity and the Earth.
